The Hardware Engineer position involves maintaining and managing computer networks and systems to ensure optimal performance and security.

Kewajiban

• Maintaining computer networks, including switches, VPNs, routers, and other physical hardware.
• Creating firewalls and updating virus protection software and data security systems to keep data and communications protected.
• Monitoring computer systems to improve network performance for all systems.
• Managing and monitoring all installed systems and infrastructure for the organization to align with company guidelines or SOP (Standard Operating Procedure).
• Installing, configuring, and testing operating systems, application software, and system management tools.
• Maintaining current knowledge and understanding of security and networking.
• Ensuring the highest level of systems and infrastructure availability.
• Knowledge, configuration, and maintenance of Windows Server, Linux, Microsoft Exchange Server, Antivirus Server, and Database Server.
• Providing user support and handling helpdesk operations.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor 's degree in Engineering / Information Technology.
• 1-2 years of experience in hardware and network maintenance roles (Fresh graduates may be considered).
• Strong understanding of network and system infrastructure is required.
• Knowledge, configuration, and maintenance of Windows Server, Linux, Microsoft Exchange Server, Antivirus Server, and Database Server.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Basic communication in English.
