The Specialist, Business Process Improvement will work as part of a team to enhance business processes and transition strategies within the organization, focusing on improving patient flow and operational efficiency.
Kewajiban
• Work as part of the team and participate in planning, developing, implementing and evaluating business process improvement and transition strategies; coordinate and compile transition measures across the organization.
• Apply result from Simulation model which can help Management understand Patient flow, bottleneck of process and recommend for improvement.
• Evaluate Cost-effective solutions and implementation.
• Develop systems/ processes to drive decision making, understanding customer requirement across operations regarding customer concerns and feedback.
• Analyst and Evaluate for clarifying gaps or changes between current business process environment and future business models.
• To work with team and Department Manager to identify equipment and levels required within department and to ensure that equipment are maintained and functioning and that staff are trained to use them.
• To maintain effective communication amongst internal customer (Physician, staff and other departments) and external customer (Patients and visitors) and to respond to those feedback appropriately.
• To attend the quality control and hospital mandatory activities or joins with the committees in the hospital.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree Engineering, Operations research, Management science, Nursing, Pharmacy, Public Health or a related field required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare, process improvement, transition planning, business process reengineering, clinical workflow optimization, organizational development, change management, and/or business analysis.
• Preferably, have work experience on an implementation project in health & medical services.
• Possess knowledge of the healthcare industry, including regulatory environment and healthcare operation.
• Able to analyze basic data from healthcare operations and conduct workflow documentation, workflow analysis, and problem/gap identification with strong analytical skills to support process improvements and decision-making.
• Pro-active with high interpersonal skills, strong leadership qualities especially problem-solving ability in healthcare contexts.
• High degree of originality and independent judgment, including the ability to identify critical issues and make recommendation for changes, especially within clinical operations.
• Clinical knowledge in healthcare systems, hospital workflows, and medical regulations. Understanding of transition management, process improvement & change management.
• Strong communication presentation & managerial skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with medical professionals such as doctors, nurses, and allied health staff.
• Self-motivated with abilities to take initiative and execute projects, particularly in clinical service delivery and patient care processes.
• Good command of spoken & written English and computer literacy.
• Able to apply statistical knowledge particularly within clinical trials, medication management, or patient outcomes analysis.
