The Senior Specialist, Investor Relations is responsible for managing communication and relationships with shareholders, investors, and analysts, while also preparing reports and analyzing data related to the company's performance.
Kewajiban
• Collect data and assist in producing reports of the Company’s information for shareholders, investors and equity analysts.
• Attend meetings with investors, equity analysts and shareholders and collect research papers and relevant information to consolidate constructive comments and feedback from the investment community to Management.
• Respond to enquiries, communicate and build relationship with shareholders, investors, equity analysts and financial media.
• Maintain investor relations section of the website; coordinate with web designer and the hospital’s webmaster.
• Assist with the preparation of information, organization, and supervision of the shareholders’ meetings.
• Update rules, regulations and best practices related to investor relations function.
• Assist in analyzing and preparing reports on operating performance and status of the Company and competitors.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management Finance or related field or higher.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in investor relations, corporate finance, research, investment banking or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Excellent in analytical thinking and communication skills.
