The Senior Specialist, HROD and Talent Management is responsible for developing and implementing organization development strategies to enhance performance and effectiveness within the organization.
Kewajiban
• Develop and implement comprehensive organization development strategies to enhance overall performance and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify and address organizational needs through targeted interventions and initiatives.
• Conduct thorough organizational assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans accordingly.
• Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during organizational shifts or transformations.
• Work closely with Business Unit Head to align organization development efforts with broader HR strategies and goals.
• Analyze employee engagement data and provide recommendations for enhancing employee satisfaction and productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement talent development programs.
• Act as a subject matter expert on organization development trends, best practices, and industry benchmarks.
• Support tasks that contribute to achieving HR targets
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of organizational dynamics, motivation theories, and well-being strategies.
• Proven experience more 5 years in HR Organization Development role.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
