This position is responsible for managing the implementation of marketing strategies for the assigned markets, focusing on Bangladesh and Indonesia.
Kewajiban
Manage the implementation of marketing strategies for the assigned markets
• Market research: identify business opportunity
• Working with key partner i.e. 3rd party payers, ROs, Local agents to maintain good relations and communicate strength/ selling points.
• Provide support and help to manage relationships with International referral offices, Local partner, Key account payer to established Bumrungrad brand, increase referral volumes, and improve patient’s satisfaction.
• Coordinate with related departments in the hospital, such as Referral Center, Medical Coordination Office, Medical enquiry, SBUs
• Serve patients’ requirements with high standard, quality and safety
• Handle and manage service recovery for complaints as needed
• Content creation to targeted audience and social media platform
• Marketing material distribution to all business partners
• Review content in key media channels i.e. social media, brochures, website
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s degree : Business Administration, Hospital Management, Marketing Communications Literature or Related Fields
• Effective communication in English (TOEIC score minimum 700)
• Strong administrative, project and event management with good coordination skills
