Detail posisi

The Accounts Officer position at Brunel Technical Services (Thailand) Limited involves managing document organization, customer portal interactions, and financial transactions while ensuring compliance with established guidelines.

Kewajiban

• Collate and organize a variety of documents in accordance with established guidelines
• Upload documents to customer portals efficiently and accurately, ensuring all necessary information is included
• Liaise with customer portal support staff to address any technical issues or challenges encountered during the document uploading process
• Familiarize yourself with the processes involved in setting up new portals for new customers, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience
• Maintain regular and effective communication with the Perth based Brunel finance team, providing updates on customer portal activities, addressing queries, and escalating issues when necessary
• Assist with various account payable and invoicing tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all financial transactions
• Collaborate with team members to identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions that enhance the overall customer experience
• Adhere to established guidelines, policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
• Understanding of the requirements for an operation such as Brunel
• A good understanding of best practices in Accounts Receivable policies and procedures
• Proven track record of time management and attention to detail
• A broad understanding of the recruitment industry, our verticals, our specializations and our capabilities
• Strong communication in English skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization
• Strong customer service and work ethic
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal direction and supervision, with a proven ability to work autonomously and within a team
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in an effective and efficient manner
• Outstanding integrity, solid moral judgment, and the ability to make important decisions under pressure
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Navision is desirable
