The Customer Service Representative– Commodities position at BGS involves providing customer communication and assistance, coordinating valuable cargo shipments, and liaising with various stakeholders.

Kewajiban

• Customer communication, service and assistance
• Coordination of import or export for valuable cargo shipments
• Liaise with airport for customs formality
• Communication with Brink’s network affiliates
• Communication with Airline for reserve the valuable cargo space

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree
• New graduates are welcome
• Good command of written and spoken English essential
• Computer literate essential
• Work Experience in customer service in freight forwarding and/or logistics field
• Excellent communication skills
• Diligence and attention to detail
