Detail posisi

The Senior Staff Business Analyst is responsible for updating and preparing sales reports, coordinating with teams for sales forecasts, and supporting business operations through data analysis and insights.

Kewajiban

• Update and preparation of monthly sales reports and evaluation of sales performance and trends.
• Coordinate with Sales team and Supply Chain team on monthly sales forecast, and preparation of respective reports.
• Update and preparation of other monthly reports for management and support business operations.
• Assist in annual budget planning process.
• Support and collaborate with Key Account Managers for customer performance review and other customer analysis.
• Perform data collection, data mining and data cleansing via ETL process to produce insights for ad-hoc studies/analysis and internal projects to support operations and business planning.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Mathematics, Statistics, or relevant disciplines
• Business acumen, logical and analytical thinker with details-oriented mindset and strong numerical sense
• A pro-active, mature and self-discipline team player with strong interpersonal skill and problem-solving skill
• Able to work independently on various datasets in a timely manner to deliver insights to support business decisions
• Proficient in MS Excel is a must, familiar with Power Query and BI tools such as Power BI and/or Tableau
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Knowledge/experience in aviation industry is an advantage
• TOEIC Score above 650
