Kewajiban
• Development of New and Current product range and pricing plan aligning with the boarder category management strategy
• Manage detailed strategy for the category, including range planning/selection, pricing, promotions, and space allocation to meet sales and profitability goals
• Conduct continuous market research (including pricing) to identify customer trends, market opportunities, and competitive threats, and insights to refine category strategy
• Collaborate with suppliers to understand product pipeline and availabilities, including potential “exclusive” product
• Evaluate category and SKU performance with key metrics and refine category strategy/ assortment
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns in coordination with marketing team to boost category sales
• Work with merchandising team to ensure that store layouts, promotions and displays are effective in maximizing sales and profit
• Review inventory levels and stock health (in warehouse and at stores)
• Develop plans to address overstock/understock situations as well as non-moving and aging stock
• Reach out to suppliers and negotiate as needed to list-in new brands or product categories
• Work with suppliers to build mutually beneficial relationships to ensure longer-term strategic partnership
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure advantageous terms, including pricing, delivery schedules, and payment conditions and work collaboratively to resolve issues
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor degree preferable in Marketing or business related.
• Min. 5 years relevant Beauty Retail or FMCG experience would be advantage
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast pace environment which require high level of engagement and multi-tasking skills
• Must have strong decision making and problem-solving skills
• Must have a sense of urgency and be deadline oriented
• Must have strong analytical skill
• Self-driven with excellent interpersonal skills and customer oriented
• Good Communication and Relationship.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English is a must.
• Computer literacy is a must.
• Strong understanding of market competition
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Flexible, well-organized and a positive “can-do” attitude are a must
