The Senior Specialist HR Services is responsible for managing payroll operations, employee records, and benefits administration while ensuring compliance with labor legislation.
Kewajiban
• Update employee records with new hires/leavers information and/or changes in employment status
• Responsible for all day-to-day payroll operations
• Process payroll deductions, benefit enrollments, changes and terminations for all benefit plans, benefit billings and invoices
• Reconcile benefit accounts and payroll
• Update Payroll’s programs as necessary (Annual Holiday, Payroll Schedules, etc.)
• Complete payroll reports and employee reports for record-keeping purposes or managerial review
• Expat Management; Prepare all necessary documents to apply work permit and Visa, manage schedules and processes of Visa, work permit application, and 90 days notification
• Provide information to employees regarding benefits, insurance and retirement plan
• Responding to employees’ queries about compensation, taxes, benefits, deductions and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or a relevant field
• A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a similar role
• Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems, SAP HR, Expat Management, Payroll operations
• Strong knowledge of labor legislation and payroll processes
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Highly detail-oriented and able to multi-task, able to meet deadlines, possess a high level of accuracy
• Ability to prioritize and efficiently execute a high volume and broad scope of tasks within tight deadlines, competing demands and changes in the work environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good command in English both verbal and written.
