The position of PA and Team Steering involves providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office and effective management of team activities.
Kewajiban
• Devising/maintaining office systems, including data management and filling
• Arranging travel, visas and accommodation, Money claim management
• Managing and organizing meeting and appointment, and handling incoming inquiries when appropriate
• Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations (Power point & Excel)
• Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings
• Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings and follow up open points.
• Coordinate internal department events, provide general assistance during presentations
• Draft correspondence such as emails and letters
• Support team for transaction and steering topics
• Ad-hoc assistance works.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s degree in any related fields.
• Good in written and verbal communication skills
• Good organizational and time management skills
• The ability to research, digest, analyze and present material (power point) clearly and concisely
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail
• Flexibility and adaptability to juggle a range of different tasks and to work extra hours to meet deadlines
• Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues
• SAP knowledge is advantage.
• Able to work for Yearly Renewal Contract.
