• Preparing all import-export documents.
• Operate and control for the most smoothly import-export process.
• Control stock (checking and manage the appropriate ordering).
• Preparing all import-export documents ex. freight invoice, tax and import-export expense.
• Follow up oversea agents make sure that every things are complete by the schedule.
• Taking prompt action and responding to work in a timely manner.
Kualifikasi
• Experienced in Logistics minimum 1 year (Import or Export).
• Background working in manufacturing Business.
• Knowledge about BOI to be advantage.
• Communicate in English for read and write.
• Service mind and Positive thinking.
