Kewajiban
• Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy that aligns with the company’s long-term goals and objectives.
• Identify key market opportunities and potential partners that can enhance the company’s product offerings and market position.
• Partnership Development: Proactively identify, evaluate, and cultivate new partnerships and alliances.
• Conduct thorough market research to understand potential partners’ strengths, weaknesses, and strategic interests.
• Oversee the management of existing agreements, renegotiating terms as necessary to reflect evolving business needs and market conditions.
• Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and legal, to ensure successful partnership integration and execution.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments to achieve partnership goals.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the company and strategic partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations. Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise in a timely and effective manner.
• Establish and monitor performance metrics for each partnership. Conduct regular reviews to assess the effectiveness of partnerships and make recommendations for improvement or discontinuation as needed.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscapes, and technological advancements. Leverage insights to inform partnership strategies and identify new opportunities for collaboration.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in partnership development, strategic alliances, or business development, preferably in the technology sector.
• Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strategic thinking and analytical skills; proficiency in CRM and data analysis tools.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
