We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Partnership & Alliances Officer to drive the growth of our digital transformation consulting firm. This is a pivotal role that bridges partner relationships with business growth.

Kewajiban

• Identify, recruit, and onboard strategic partners to expand the firm's ecosystem.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with partners to foster collaboration and mutual growth.
• Conduct partner performance reviews and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with partners to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
• Develop joint go-to-market strategies with key partners to increase sales.
• Work with internal sales teams to align partnership goals with revenue targets.
• Develop and manage partner incentive programs to drive engagement and performance.
• Monitor and track partner activities, incentives, and results, ensuring ROI for all initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with partner agreements and incentive policies.
• Analyze market trends and competitor partnerships to identify opportunities for differentiation.
• Prepare detailed reports on partnership performance and sales contributions.
• Provide insights and recommendations to leadership on partnership strategy.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
• 3-5 years of experience in partnership management, alliances, or business development in a technology or consulting firm.
• Proven track record of driving growth through strategic relationships and partnerships.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Deep understanding of digital transformation services and technology landscapes.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with external stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to track and measure partnership ROI.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
