Detail posisi

The Admin Coordinator is responsible for preparing and analyzing reports, managing documents, and coordinating assignments with various parties.

Kewajiban

•Prepare and analyze complex trends and status reports.
•Prepare documents and file, process, track, and maintain documents.
•Collect and draw data from a variety of sources.
•Coordinate, manage, and follow up assignments with internal and external parties.
•Handle special projects as assigned.

Kualifikasi

•3 years of work experience in the project management office (PMO) or at least 2 years in admin.
•Bachelor's degree in business and related fields.
•Good presentation and English communication skills.
•Computer skills (Microsoft Office, outlook, etc.).
•Strong interpersonal skills and good teamwork capabilities.
•Self-motivated, service-minded, well-organized, and result-oriented.
•Ability to work 6 days a week (Monday-Saturday), 10 hours a day (6.30-17.30).
•Thai nationality only.
