• Maintenance Management: Oversee the development and implementation of preventive maintenance programs to ensure the reliability and availability of critical assets.
• Engineering Excellence: Drive engineering initiatives to enhance equipment performance, optimize processes, and reduce downtime through innovation and technology integration.
• Facilities Management: Manage the maintenance and upkeep of facilities, infrastructure, and utilities to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations, environmental standards, and industry best practices across maintenance and engineering operations.
• Budget Oversight: Develop and manage departmental budgets, forecasting expenses, and optimizing resource allocation to achieve cost-effective maintenance solutions.
• Vendor and Contractor Management: Establish and maintain effective relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers to support maintenance and engineering activities as needed.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging data analytics and performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency gains.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and hazards associated with maintenance and engineering activities, implementing risk mitigation strategies to ensure operational resilience.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven leadership experience in maintenance, engineering, or facilities management roles, with a track record of driving results and leading high-performing teams.
• Comprehensive knowledge of maintenance and engineering principles, practices, and technologies, preferably in a retail business.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations, compliance requirements, and environmental standards relevant to maintenance and engineering operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with internal stakeholders, external partners, and regulatory agencies.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute long-term plans, prioritize initiatives.
