The HR Strategy Specialist is responsible for analyzing HR trends, supporting talent management, enhancing employee engagement, implementing change management initiatives, improving HR policies, and executing HR strategies.
Kewajiban
• Analyze HR trends and business needs to support the development of HR strategies.
• Assist in designing and executing talent management strategies, including succession planning and leadership development.
• Support programs to enhance employee engagement and foster a positive organizational culture.
• Assist in implementing change management initiatives and support organizational development efforts.
• Evaluate and recommend improvements for HR policies and processes to increase efficiency and compliance, which includes analyzing the costs and benefits of various changes to achieve better cost efficiency.
• Support the execution of HR strategies by tracking progress and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree of Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, HRBP, with at least 3 years in HR strategy
• Excellent of Analytical skills, project management
• Advance in Excel
