Kewajiban
• Lead the execution of the retail strategy, identifying growth opportunities for both the short and long term through comprehensive customer and shopper analysis.
• Drive key category management projects, working closely with customers to apply insights and data-driven strategies that improve in-store performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement successful store layout and merchandising strategies.
• Equip sales teams with the necessary tools and training to effectively execute the retail strategy and achieve performance goals.
• Develop actionable plans and initiatives to drive future business growth, with a focus on optimizing retail execution.
• Work cross-functionally with various teams, including Sales, Category Management, and Finance, to improve retail performance and ensure alignment with broader business objectives.
• Continuously assess and refine retail execution strategies to ensure they align with evolving market trends and customer expectations.
• Support the sales team in optimizing route-to-market strategies, ensuring the correct programs and promotions are in place to drive store coverage and product availability.
• Implement training programs, and supervising store staff. Setting performance expectations and providing ongoing feedback. Scheduling shifts and managing payroll. Motivating and engaging employees to ensure a high level of customer service.
• Ensuring exceptional customer service standards are met by the store staff. Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and resolving any issues that may arise. Creating a positive shopping experience for customers and building customer loyalty.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to implement marketing campaigns and promotional activities. Monitoring the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and providing feedback to General Manager.
• Ensuring compliance with safety and security procedures. Implementing loss prevention measures to minimize theft and protect company assets.
• Enforcing company policies and procedures. Keeping up to date with industry trends and implementing best practices to enhance store operations.
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and vendors. Collaborating with other departments, such as human resources, to ensure effective communication and coordination.
Kualifikasi
• BBA or MBA in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred for larger or specialized stores).
• 5–7 years of experience in retail or customer service, with at least 2–5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
