Kewajiban

• Ensure the sales target will be achieved with maximum occupancy and a premium level of rentals.
• Conduct client meetings, including property tours, to understand client needs and facilitate informed decisions.
• Prepare, review, and manage all necessary documentation for property transactions.
• Target category of store/tenant to ensure that our customer portfolio is align with products concept and drive our business sustainability.
• Keep the relationship with tenant and gather information, request or suggestion to community management team.
• Negotiate for the suitable position/space and rental price both of the new and existing store/tenant.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
• At least 1 years of experience in sales retail.
• Effective English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Prior experience in retail business is prefer.
• Have strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Professional presentation and excellent customer service, with a positive and proactive attitude.
