Kewajiban
• Oversee the development and management of the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency and alignment across all marketing channels and communications.
• Develop brand positioning strategies to differentiate the company in the market and enhance brand equity.
• Build brand and customer relationships from existing and future products.
• Define Corporate Identity (CI), conceptualize and design to create unique brand characteristics or campaigns to make the brand memorable to customer groups.
• Lead the development of the overall marketing strategy in alignment with the company's business objectives and sales target.
• Analyze market trends, consumer demand, and competition standards to forecast budgets and manage expenses accurately in developing marketing strategies.
• Identify trends and opportunities for new products and competitive areas in market expansion.
• Conceptualize, plan, and execute integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives to promote our products, target customer segments, and drive lead generation.
• Collaborate with internal team, including renovated, designer teams, sales, and Listing team, to conduct meetings with various departments in the organization to develop strategic plans according to the organization's goals.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales departments to develop marketing plans, analyze results, and develop marketing campaigns in various business to create innovative and clear strategies.
• Oversee the company's digital marketing strategy, including website management, SEO/SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and online advertising.
• Create and review team tasks for producing online media, print media, and other media, as well as strategies and content for project use, ensuring that the media designs are interesting and engaging to attract customers.
• Review and approve design work and content developed by the team to ensure that deliverables meet marketing objectives and goals.
• Leverage digital channels to enhance brand awareness, engage with investors, and drive traffic to the company's digital platforms.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Conduct regular analysis of marketing data and insights to evaluate ROI, identify areas for improvement, and optimize marketing strategies for maximum impact.
Kualifikasi
• Marketing Experience: 3–7+ years in Marketing or related roles.
• Proven ability to lead a team, supervise.
