BGC or BG Container Glass Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Bangkok Glass Public Company Limited, operates in glass packaging business. The plant was established in 1974 and started its production in 1979 in Pathumthani with the production capacity of 150 ton per day. Currently, BGC has 5 glass packaging plants with the largest number of production capacity in Thailand. From just one furnace, today, BGC has grown steadily. The company was incorporated into BG Container Glass Company Limited in the year 2016 and was registered as Public Company Limited in the year 2018 The company is built on a foundation of innovation, advanced production technology and effective performance that can be recognized internationally. Aims acquires talent candidates all level such executive, middle management, specialist, new graduated and/or specific hard to find in the market by strategic designing to passive and active approached target as pre-screen, select the right short-list coordinate with HRBPs qualified fill BGC position vacancy opened. The goal is to attract creamy talent and build up talent pipeline, gain competitive advantage growing up together the company’s growth.

Kewajiban

• Execution the strategic employment and workforce aligns HR Plan to gaining talent candidate in and fill
• Designs strategy acquires candidate and the action plan overall local recruiting
• Manage for end to end recruitment process (Information ensure between stakeholders, Searching passive and active, Screening follow the qualification identified, pre-interviewing/interview and selection with candidate engagement).
• Developing job descriptions and job specifications for new position to attract candidate in the market
• Developing Sources and program or project both online and offline to acquires talent candidates
• Co-Conducts interview with HRBPs using the CBI methods of interviewing to filter candidates and selecting as a team HRBPs and Hiring manager within schedule needed.
• Assesses applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
• Performing an BGC ambassador to be a point of contact as a BGC
• Researches and identify GAP with design the and develop channel to builds networks to find qualified candidates.

Kualifikasi

• Master or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or related field.
• Experiences in Talent acquisition, recruitment multi-business functions as commercial and factory
• 3+ years experiences in the relevant functions with expert and passioned in field of talent acquires.
• Willingness to adapt and understand the diversity and competencies in difference roles.
• Good knowledge of recruitment processes and method to do apply with the job operation.
• Good command of English.
