BGC or BG Container Glass Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Bangkok Glass Public Company Limited, operates in glass packaging business. The plant was established in 1974 and started its production in 1979 in Pathumthani with the production capacity of 150 ton per day. Currently, BGC has 5 glass packaging plants with the largest number of production capacity in Thailand. From just one furnace, today, BGC has grown steadily. The company was incorporated into BG Container Glass Company Limited in the year 2016 and was registered as Public Company Limited in the year 2018 The company is built on a foundation of innovation, advanced production technology and effective performance that can be recognized internationally. Detail posisi

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive secretary to support executive in their day-to-day activities. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. This role is crucial in ensuring the executive's time is optimized and that their personal and professional commitments are managed efficiently.

Kewajiban

• Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings.
• Serve as the point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
• Assist in managing projects and deadlines, ensuring timely follow-up on action items.
• Conduct research and compile information as needed for decision-making.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information and personal matters.
• Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and office organization.
• Coordinate special events, meetings, and team-building activities.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in a secretary or personal assistant in a similar role.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing needs and priorities.
