The HRM Manager (Relocation Overseas Manufacturing) will be responsible for managing HR functions in Betagro Laos, ensuring compliance with company policies and overseeing various HR initiatives.

• Fulfill manpower to be following the manpower plan. (Both the budgeted manpower and new investment project manpower)

• Survey Compensation and Benefits in the area for annual salary adjustments

Kualifikasi
• HRM Experiences at least 5 years
• Able to work internationally
• Opened mind and can adapt to different social “cultural and cultural environments”
• Including the ability to manage the local team (sizing of 2-6 people)
