The Finance Director is responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies to support business objectives, overseeing financial planning and analysis, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Kewajiban

• Develop and implement financial and investment strategies to support business objectives, drive growth and achieve company goals
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis
• Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support decision-making, evaluate opportunities for growth, and optimize financial performance
• Evaluate investment opportunities and make recommendations to optimize the use of financial resources
• Manage cash flow, working capital and capital expenditure budgets to optimize liquidity and financial stability
• Manage financial risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) or international financial reporting standards (IFRS)
• Oversee all accounting functions and financial reporting
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial reports and statements
• Manage external audits and regulatory compliance requirements, including tax filings, financial disclosures, and other reporting obligations
• Ensure that financial systems and processes are effective, efficient, and compliant with internal policies and external regulations

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field
• 10+ years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Professional certification such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant) is a plus
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data
• Experience in managing financial risks and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with executives, board members and external stakeholders
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage and motivate a team
• Fluency in Thai and English is required
