Kewajiban
• Team Leadership: Manage and lead the ERP unit, including hiring, training, and performance management to maintain a high-performing team.
• ERP System Management: Oversee the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of D365BC to meet company standards and support operational needs.
• Project Management: Lead ERP projects, including system upgrades, new module implementations, and process improvement initiatives within D365BC, ensuring timely and cost-effective project completion.
• Collaboration: Work closely with department heads, key stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to understand business needs and ensure D365BC solutions align with organizational goals.
• Vendor Management: Engage with Microsoft partners, consultants, and vendors, managing service agreements and ensuring prompt resolution of technical issues related to D365BC.
• Data Management: Ensure data accuracy, security, and integrity within D365BC, coordinating with IT and data teams to uphold best practices.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline business processes through D365BC’s capabilities and develop solutions that enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure that ERP operations comply with company policies and regulatory requirements, implementing risk management strategies as needed.
• User Support and Training: Provide guidance, support, and training to D365BC users across departments, fostering a strong understanding of system functionality.
Kualifikasi
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in ERP systems management, specifically with Dynamics 365 Business Central, and at least 2-3 years in a leadership role.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, with knowledge of ERP system configurations, data integration, and reporting tools within D365BC.
• Project Management Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple D365BC projects simultaneously, with strong organizational, budgeting, and time management skills.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a solid understanding of business processes and ERP best practices within the D365BC environment.
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Certifications: PMP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications, or other relevant.
