The E-Commerce Sales Section Manager (Social Commerce) is responsible for managing overall account profitability, developing online marketing strategies, and overseeing day-to-day operations to achieve e-commerce sales targets across various channels.
Kewajiban
• Manage overall account profitability via P&L management.
• Initiate, develop and implement online marketing channel to generate brand awareness, product sales and generate appropriate traffic.
• Initiate, develop and implement online marketing strategy to drive better traffic and sales conversion to meet objective and sales targets.
• Manage, drive and oversee day-to-day operation to achieve e-commerce sales target through all channels (Social commerce, E-commerce marketplace & Branded website).
• Ensuring optimal product presentation and visibility on online channels.
• Coordinating with internal cross function and external parties to ensure business goals are aligned.
• Establish and monitor progress against key performance indicators.
• Analyze sell-out data to better understand online shopper behavior and competitive landscape to secure channel strong position.
• Prepare and analyze pre/post-campaign report and media/content analysis including manage traffic performance, channel performance, campaign performance.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's Degree or above in Marketing or related field.
• 3-5 years working experience in E-commerce Sales (preferably consumer products) with at least 2 years in supervisory position.
• Previous experience in marketing, brand management would be a plus.
• Extensive experience and knowledge of social media platforms, e-commerce market places, and Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Shopee, LAZADA etc.
• Proactive and problem-solving attitude.
