Kewajiban
• Manage, coordinate and communicate all relevant technical subjects to suppliers.
• Ensure both suppliers & Bernina have the same understanding as well as to fulfill BERNINA quality requirements.
• Achieve quality standards and requirements with a win-win situation and provide technical expertise and guidance to maintain or improve Bernina's product quality.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor or higher Degree in the field of Electricals, Electronics Engineering.
• Min. 8 years experiences in a production plant with Electricals, Electronics process with Supplier Quality Engineering background and/or Supplier development Engineering.
• Min. 3 years in Procurement engineering functions.
• Good process know-how for PCB, PCBA, Semiconductor and ESD process.
• Able to read and understanding Schematic diagrams and Circuit diagram.
• Ability to manage supplier quality performance and to provide technical guidance to suppliers to assure product/process compliance.
• Experience as project leader, ability to drive project involving defect root cause analysis and problem solving.
• Leading and working in cross-functional team on a regular basis to resolve issues.
• Able to interpret Engineering drawing/specifications, metrology (GDT) and manufacturing process evaluation.
• Knowledge in process analysis, statistical process control and quality assurance for PCBA.
• Reliable and independent method of operation.
• Ability to communicate well, verbal and written in English and Thai.
• Good computer skills e.g. MS office 365.
• Able to travel.
