Lead and manage section in connection with company policies to achieve higher productivity, quality, efficiency and effectiveness of all facility resources. Support the organizational goals in achieving total customer satisfaction.

Kewajiban

• Lead and manage section in connection with company policies to achieve higher productivity, quality, efficiency and effectiveness of all facility resources.
• Support the organizational goals in achieving total customer satisfaction.

Kualifikasi

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• More than 7 years working experiences in Utility for Rigid Plastic Manufacturing.
• Certified Electrical Safety Expert.
• Knowledge of ISO9001, ISO14001, FSSC22000, HACCP, GMP, 5S and Safety standards.
• Familiar with low-pressure scroll air compressor system including refrigerant air dryer
• Familiar with high-pressure air compressor at 40 Bar
• Familiar with water-cooled and air-cooled refrigerant chiller system
• Familiar with open and closed-system cooling tower
• Familiar with air dehumidifier system
• High skill in Utility Preventive and Corrective Maintenance
• Understand well concept of Utility setup for Plastic Manufacturing
• Good command of written, read, and spoken English
• Be able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• High skill of People management and leadership
• High professional and ethical standards
• Attention to detail and exceptional analytical skills
• Be leadership, responsible and good interpersonal relations
• Be positive thinking and creative
• Being open-minded
• Be patient and can work under pressure
