The Senior Customer Support Field Engineer is responsible for providing exceptional technical support and guidance to clients in the HDD industry, acting as a liaison between customers and internal teams, and seeking opportunities for business development.

Kewajiban

• Be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and guidance to our valued clients in HDD industry.
• Act as a primary liaison between our customers and our internal BIT teams.
• Provide on-site technical and non-technical support for customers, addressing any issues raised.
• Collaborate with internal BIT teams to relay customer feedback and influence cost, quality, efficiency and delivery improvements.
• Maintain thorough documentation of customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions.
• Assist in the development of supporting data/documents that response to the customer requirements.
• Seek for opportunities to develop new business and additional orders.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field) or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in customer support, field engineering, or technical service roles, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of technical concepts related to Hard Disk Drive business.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and interpreting technical data.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to act as a liaison between the company and customers.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships while ensuring satisfaction.
• Ability to identify opportunities for business growth and recommend solutions that align with customer needs.
• Experience in promoting services and products to enhance business relationships.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple customer requests efficiently.
• Proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
• Willingness to work onsite at customer locations e.g. Pranakorn Sri Ayutthaya, Bangkok, Nakornratchasrima.
• Availability for travel as required.
• Proficiency in English, with strong report writing and presentation skills.
