Detail posisi

The QA Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing production processes, ensuring safety and efficiency, and supporting team development to achieve organizational goals.

Kewajiban

• Prepare daily and weekly production report submit for all concerned person
• Improve subordinate skill for Leader, MH and Operator
• Ensure operators are correctly trained, capable of operating production with on time delivery basis and aware of all safety and emergency procedure.
• Coordinate with others Departments for line support (Store, Maintenance, QA).
• Supervision and control of production usage
• Ensuring an efficient and adequate stock control organization exist for material supplies.
• Ensuring plant is maintained in a clean condition, fire risk minimized and emergency accesses clean.
• Provision and maintenance of working environment that is safe and without risks to health and adequate with regard to facilities and arrangement for employee welfare at works.
• Support the organization Goal in achieving Total Customer Satisfaction.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor in any fields
• At least 2 year experience in supervisor level
• Good command in English and computer skills.
• Able to work on shift basic and available to work shift
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of people
• Good people management, strong leadership, and good team player
