Belton Industrial (Thailand) Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Molding & Stamping QA Engineer to join our dynamic team in Ayutthaya.
Kewajiban
• Develop and implement quality control plans for our molding and stamping operations
• Conduct regular inspections and testing process and product to identify and address quality issues
• Analyze production data and generate reports to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements
• Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions and preventive measures
• Support the continuous improvement of our quality management system
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Metallurgy, or a related technical discipline
• 2-5 years of experience in a quality assurance or control role, preferably in the manufacturing industry
• Familiar with precision manufacturing processes like injection molding, stamping die, thin-film is favorable.
• Proficiency in using quality management software and data analysis tools such as SPC, FMEA, and 8D problem-solving.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
