Belton Industrial (Thailand) Ltd. is seeking a skilled Die Engineer to join our team in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya, Ayutthaya. As a Die Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and optimizing dies and tooling to support our high-quality manufacturing processes.
Kewajiban
• Oversee die manufacturing processes and ensure quality standards
• Design and develop stamping die
• Set-up and adjust die, troubleshoot equipment issues and quality checks
• Ensure die set up and changeovers are met the standard
• Perform detailed analyses and simulations to optimize die designs, parameters, and costs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of die-related standard operating procedures and documentation
Kualifikasi
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in die design, development, and maintenance preferably in the manufacturing industry
• Proficient in die design and simulation software, such as CAD/CAM tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex die-related issues
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes, materials, and industry regulations
