Medical Product Specialist (2 positions: 1 for BKK & 1 for UPC)

The Medical Product Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, maintaining relationships with key opinion leaders, and ensuring the sales team meets targets while providing coaching and support.
Kewajiban
• Developing sales strategies and setting target and implement strategies to drive business such as territory business plan, promotion etc. and setting sales targets for individual reps and your team as a whole
• Regularly review accuracy sales forecast, monitor sales performance and supply needs from planning in territory area for reaching the targets and goals set for each area
• Develop, monitor business plan on key objective and allocate resource (Eg. Coaching time, budget) for optimal impact
• Provide in-field coaching to MPS, MR in order to positively feedback to develop their competencies to help them achieve sales target.
• Maintain contact and strongly relationship with KOL, KP, KI and establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base
• Ensure that MC team to meet agree sales target and comply with BDF code of conduct
• Monitor MPS, MR and submit monthly reports commenting on deviations from business plan and customer feedback and market
• Effectively co-ordinate and service with other function for achieve company goals such as MKT team, SCM team etc.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., life sciences, pharmacy, business).
• Proven experience as a Medical Representative or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology and products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
