The Brand Manager is responsible for implementing effective marketing strategies and plans to achieve business objectives, optimizing media strategies, and analyzing business performance.
Kewajiban
• Implement the effective marketing strategies and plan to achieve business objective.
• Optimize media strategy and communication plan to be aligned with Marketing plan within the given budget.
• Consistently monitoring & analyzing business performance, market situation and competitors.
• Be a part of define concept of responsible sub-brand that will be springboard to reach business objectives.
• Be a part of define concept via Qualitative, Quantitative Research and Focus group.
• Implement via allocate budget in overall to meet business objective.
• Implement long-term strategy via align with product concept and product direction in order to support business objective.
• Be a part of process such as Develop TVC concept, agency brief, story board, shooting, TVC Evaluation.
• Co-coordinating agencies and cross functions to deliver the agreed plan according to brand strategy.
Kualifikasi
• Master Degree or Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, and other related fields.
• At least 3-5 years experiences as Product / Brand Manager in multinational FMCG companies.
• Strong analytical, project management, strategic thinking skills.
• Active, energetic, result driven, easily to adapt with changes, creative, and good interpersonal skill.
• Good command in English both spoken and written.
• Good computer literacy.
