The Finance Executive is responsible for managing financial operations, ensuring compliance with financial policies, and optimizing cash flow management. The role involves overseeing both local and overseas payments, managing relationships with banks, and providing financial forecasts.

Kewajiban

• Verify the accuracy of payment items and ensure the payments are compliance with company's financial policies.
• Review the withholding tax transactions before submission to the Revenue Department.
• Manage and develop team to improve the current operating procedures for high efficiency and better verify accuracy.
• Proceed the payment of a few subsidiary companies (small number of items), including filing withholding tax to the Revenue Department.
• Foreign currency management by monitoring the booking Forex according to the amount of the trading contract that the Sales Department informs, managing to get the lowest rate of the day.
• Review the related documents for booking rates, checking the documents to submit to the bank and controlling the balance according to the contract.
• Verify the outward T/T applications to make payments on the bank's websites.
• Check the records of debt reduction of creditors.
• Verify and supervise on the operation including monitor Forex Contract to ensure that both the booking amount and booking date can be done as booked.
• Check the T/R interest reconciliation report every month end and recording of the accounts.
• Advise the Sales Department on buying the rate on the appropriate date or forecast the rate by updating market news from BOT, various banks to assess the exchange rate situation.
• Proceed the oversea payment of a few subsidiary companies (small number of items).
• Check the daily bank balance and forecast the daily cash requirements to be sufficient for payment and execute daily financing decisions.
• Submit the Monthly Cash Flow Forecast (12-month projection) within 3 business days of the following month and update the construction project spending plan into cashflow.
• Proceed the documents for the bank such as the information changes, renew the promissory note, request a bank guarantee for traveling abroad etc.
• Calculate and record the interest on the bank's loan and the monthly inter-company debt payment.
• Manage relationships with foreign and Thai banks as well as monitor credit facilities utilization and minimize interest rate to support all business transactions.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in the position.
• Knowledge of all function in Finance.
• Pleasant personality, self-motivate, good service mind, enthusiastic and hard working.
• Computer literacy in MS Office and SAP.
• Fluency in spoken & written English.
