The Human Resource Development Officer is responsible for developing and coordinating training programs, evaluating performance, and enhancing employee development through various systems and metrics.

Kewajiban

â€ĒDevelop training Program in the Learning Management System (LMS)
â€ĒCo-ordinate and evaluate performance through the Performance Management System (PMS)
â€ĒDesign and apply Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Competency frameworks to enhance employee development
â€ĒUtilize Excel for data analysis, reporting, and HR-related metrics
â€ĒPerform other HRD-related tasks as assigned

Kualifikasi

â€ĒBachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Development or a related field.
â€ĒAt least 2 years of experience in HR development, specifically in LMS, PMS, KPI, and Competency.
â€ĒStrong skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
â€ĒExcellent coordination skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
â€ĒProficient in Microsoft Office.
