The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving sales and business development initiatives, focusing on new opportunities and client management, while also supporting the growth of the BECIS energy portfolio.
Kewajiban
• Be responsible for sales and business development initiatives: focused on new sales and business opportunities, client visits and management.
• Identifies a potential customer or business area by marketing research.
• Continuously generate sufficient opportunities/leads required to meet the Sales and Profit targets for Thailand.
• Sales management: plan, develop, manage and review monthly and quarterly sales pipeline and business opportunities.
• Work with the management team to identify potential acquisition opportunities.
• Updating the pipeline with new prospects to be followed up.
• The incumbent will be instrumental in developing BECIS energy portfolio within an assigned geographical coverage.
• Lead and providing support on major contracts, tenders and quotations.
• Lead and support contract closing activities and capture lessons learned.
• Work across the BECIS Group developing ‘cross selling’ and mutual opportunities.
• Support every business opportunity within the group such as Solar, Bioenergy, Energy Storage, Energy optimization.
• Lead Energy Auding and Data Acquisition campaigns at client’s facilities to:
• Identify areas where energy consumption can be reduced.
• Assess energy systems deeply to identify options for investments.
• Communicate options effectively with clients and internally.
• Model energy usage of a business.
• Keep up to date with the latest technologies and tools.
• Track competitor activity and provide updates on competitor news and intelligence.
• Keeping up to date with the industry through active participation in industry forums, events and conferences establishing relationships with the necessary institutions.
• Maintaining and establishing effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Facilitate customer presentation, events and discussions.
• Always follow Business Development Procedure & company guideline.
Kualifikasi
• 3-5 years’ experience in the same industry or related field.
• Experience in dealing with Commercial & Industrial sale.
• Background in Solar PPA, utility, heat, renewable energy or power industry.
• Bachelor’s or master’s in Energy/ Electrical/ Power/ Civil/ Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Fluency in English and Thai, knowledge of additional languages will be highly appreciated.
• Strong passion for renewable energy and want to ensure a positive future for the environment.
• Communication ability with team and other department.
• Adaptability, Autonomy, Self-reliance, Proactivity.
• Curiosity and motivation to learn.
• Ability to communicate in English is a must.
