• Payroll Administration
Process payroll for all employees on a timely and accurate basis, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Maintain and update payroll records, including new hires, terminations, promotions, salary changes, and deductions. Ensure that payroll is processed in accordance with company policies and collective agreements, where applicable.
• Benefits Administration
Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and wellness programs. Assist employees with benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries, ensuring they understand their options and receive the correct coverage. Coordinate with external benefits providers to ensure seamless administration of benefits.
• Compliance and Reporting
Ensure payroll and benefits processes are compliant with labor laws, tax regulations, and internal policies. Prepare and submit statutory reports and filings (e.g., tax reports, social security contributions, and other government filings). Stay current on payroll and benefits-related laws and regulations, ensuring all practices are up to date.
• Payroll Processing & Documentation
Reconcile payroll discrepancies, address employee payroll queries, and resolve any payroll-related issues. Maintain proper documentation of payroll records, including pay slips, tax forms, and benefits information, for auditing purposes.
• Benefits Program Administration
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, leave policies, etc. Ensure accurate enrollment and eligibility of employees in benefits plans. Provide guidance to employees on benefits options and ensure effective communication of programs.
• Compliance and Regulations
Ensure that compensation and benefits programs are compliant with local laws, labor regulations, and tax requirements. Stay updated on trends and legislation in compensation and benefits to ensure the company is in compliance.
Kualifikasi
• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and benefits programs.
• Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software (e.g., ADP, SAP, Workday, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of compensation principles, benefits administration, and labor laws.
• Familiarity with data protection and privacy laws (e.g., GDPR or local equivalents).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• At least 5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or related HR functions.
