Kewajiban
Office and Facility Management:
• Manage daily office facility, ensuring safety and hygiene meet the requirements by managing and supervising a housekeeper on daily tasks to ensure the office is always clean and tidy.
• Responsible for monitoring IT Asset and Inventory, purchasing stationery, office supplies, and furniture to prevent a stock shortage.
• Monitor Sustainability Report.
• Keeping track records of costs and expenses as well as office documents and vendor management.
• Act as a main contact point for office building, maintenance, courier process, and external vendors.
• Responsible for vendor negotiation, cost comparison for having the best deals and efficient cost management, quality, and delivery time.
Visa And Work-Permit
• Coordinating between expats and BOI/Immigration Center and administering end-to-end process of Visa, Work-Permit, and 90 days report as well as statutory matters.
HR Operations
• Facilitate HR Manager in organizing internal employee initiatives and activities.
• Assist HR Manager in administrative tasks and day-to-day employee from pre-onboarding to offboarding.
• Handle other tasks as assigned. Ad-hoc exercise on the request of manager.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Office Administration, HR roles, and experience with Visa/Work-Permit process is a plus.
• Native Thai speaker with good command of English.
