In addition to production, sales and customer services, BASF also provides technical services for its customers in Thailand.

Detail posisi

The Site EHS Officer is responsible for implementing site strategy to ensure legal compliance and continuous improvement in EHS performance over a 12-month contract.

Kewajiban

• Implement site strategy in ensuring legal compliance and continuous improvement in EHS performance.
• Review JSA and ensure employee and contractor are followed safety rule and requirement during work.
• To improve site contractor Management and make sure the BASF requirements are taken into account.
• Develop EHS training Matrix and plan, provide the training to the site and make sure the BASF requirements are taken into account.
• Arrange regularly safety team inspection to identify and eliminate unsafe work practices/condition.
• Promote the reporting of all incidents (including non-injury) by employees. Compile incident investigation reports detailing actions to avoid/prevent re-occurrence. Participate in, and facilitate incident review and investigation and reporting procedures.
• On-demand EHS services related to Responsible Care.
• Establishes and maintain site EHS requirements.
• Internal report to site EHS.
• Performs day-to-day consolidated functional EHS tasks.

Kualifikasi

• Education: Bachelor’s in occupational health.
• Working Experience: 1 – 3 years directly related work experience in safety, health and environmental area of production or personnel management in manufacturing or chemical industry.
• Certified Safety Officer as required by Thai regulations.
• Good skill in communication, cooperation.
