As the primary point of contact for rental guests, the Hospitality Executive is responsible for handling all concerns, daily operations, and room inspections, ensuring exceptional service and a memorable stay for guests.

• Deliver exceptional service to guests, ensuring satisfaction from arrival to departure.
Kualifikasi
• English speaking.
• 1-2 year experience in hotel operation.
• Maintaining a strong relationship with guests.
• Service mind.
• Bachelor's Degree in related field.
