The Assistant VIP Concierge Service Manager will act as the primary contact for VIP clients, providing timely and tailored support. This role involves handling VIP inquiries, booking requests, and complaints with professionalism and urgency while ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Kewajiban

• Serve as the primary liaison for VIP clients.
• Manage VIP inquiries, booking requests, and service-related issues with a focus on prompt resolution.
• Deliver personalized concierge assistance, including travel arrangements and stay coordination.
• Maintain professional communication channels and service standards for VIP guests.

Kualifikasi

• Language Requirement: Chinese speaking.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in customer relations, hospitality, or a similar client-facing role.
• Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Communications, or Hospitality Management.
