Joining Banpu Public Company Limited, a leading energy company in Asia-Pacific, this full-time Section Manager - Managerial Reporting role is located in Ratchathewi, Bangkok. In this strategically important position, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's managerial reporting processes and providing valuable insights to support Banpu's overall business objectives.

Kewajiban

• Manage the preparation and timely delivery of accurate and insightful managerial reports to key stakeholders
• Lead the analysis of financial data and the development of management reporting tools to drive business decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment of managerial reporting with the company's strategic priorities
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the managerial reporting framework
• Mentor and develop the accounting team to build a high-performing, future-ready finance function
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations and internal policies

Kualifikasi

• Proven track record of at least 8 years in a managerial reporting or finance business partnering role, preferably within a large, complex organisation
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and performance management processes
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive strategic decision-making
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to present financial insights effectively
• Demonstrated leadership skills in developing and mentoring high-performing teams
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and ERP systems
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field. Master's degree or professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, etc.) would be an advantage
• Good command of spoken & written English (Minimum TOEIC Score 600)
