Detail posisi

The renewable energy generation and trading team is the central business development, execution, trading and asset management division for utility scale renewable power capacity within Banpu NEXT, co-working with the various industry vertical and in-country teams to achieve the goals of becoming a net zero solution provider.

Kewajiban

• Responsible for the end-to-end origination, screening, execution and asset management of utility scale renewable energy assets focusing on solar, wind and battery energy storage solutions.
• Develop ancillary revenue streams to enhance the value of renewable energy solutions, including power trading, carbon credits, renewable energy certificate and related commercial solutions.
• Work across country teams and industry vertical teams for transaction origination, structuring and execution of renewable power investments.
• Coach and supervise team members to ensure the wider team’s business development and asset management objectives are met.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor degree in Economics, Finance or related fields.
• At least 8 years investment and development experience in the sector of renewables or power project development.
• Experience in consulting or financial services advisory in related sectors will also be considered.
• Strong track record in deal origination, investment, execution with a focus on deals done on a regional basis.
• Hands on experience and high proficiency with complex debt, equity and project financial modelling.
• Strong competencies in C-suite level decision making presentation analysis and economic evaluation of projects and capital structuring.
• Demonstrated hands-on transaction execution track record.
• Experience working across a spectrum of stakeholders including potential partners, regulatory agencies, advisors, engineering procurement and construction vendors.
• Good command of spoken and written English. (TOEIC 800+)
