Kewajiban
• Oversee and manage the agenda, presenting and communicating HR-related plans through meetings, activities, or main communication platforms in the assigned areas, such as Plant Monthly Meeting, MDs Meet New Comers, Meet Employees, or other tasks as assigned.
• Design and develop HR management processes, including planning and communication strategies, while overseeing the effective implementation within the scope of work, such as Workforce Planning & Organization Design, Career Management, Talent Management, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, and Employee Relations. Additionally, provide advice and consultation to employees and managers.
• Collect feedback, manage, and foster a positive working environment for employees on various occasions, such as Employee Experience, Orientation, company activities, and handling employees during illness or emergencies.
Kualifikasi
• Possess a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Political Science, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Maintain a minimum GPA of 2.70
• Exhibit a TOEIC score of 550 or higher.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in HRM, HR Business Partner, HRD, and Employee Relations.
• Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
• Have knowledge and experience in Workforce Planning & Organization Design, Career Management, Talent Management, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, and Employee Relations.
• Ability to consult with managers and act as a trusted advisor to both managers and employees.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with employees at all levels.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and presentation skills.
