The Project Coordinator / Administrative Officer is responsible for coordinating various administrative and project management tasks, ensuring effective communication and organization within the team and with external parties.
Kewajiban
• Coordinate to set up BU annual budget, monitor and reconcile utilization.
• Process reimbursement and payment.
• Prepare non - disclosure Agreements with legal department.
• Prepare supplier and consult / advisor agreements with legal department.
• Prepare and analyze complex trends and status reports.
• Prepare documents and file, process, track, and maintain document.
• Collect and draw data from a variety of sources.
• Coordinate with related parties, arrange, and reserve meeting venue, travel arrangements.
• Coordinate event planning and execution.
• Coordinate, manage and follow up assignments with internal and external parties.
• Handle special projects as assigned.
Kualifikasi
• At least 3 years direct experience in project management office (PMO) or at least 2 years in administrative.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in business related fields.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent presentation and English communication skills.
• Direct experience in SAP system would be an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills and good teamwork capabilities.
• Able to work cross - functionally.
• Self - motivated, service - minded, well - organized, and result - oriented.
• A fast learner, logical, proactive, and flexible to change and travel.
• Proficiency in Chinese (optional)
