The Business Development Manager is responsible for leading and managing business development initiatives, ensuring projects are executed effectively and efficiently while meeting defined objectives and timelines.

Kewajiban

• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for business development initiatives, clearly defining project objectives, scope, and deliverables, while identifying and minimizing project risks by addressing and resolving issues that could impact tasks or project success.
• Lead project teams, ensuring that projects are executed according to plan, on time, and within budget (if any).
• Develop KPIs and performance metrics to assess the success of business development projects, continuously monitor and report on project progress, and communicate project status, findings, and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate, review and maintain project documentation, including business requirements, contracts, project plans, reports, and status updates.
• Develop and design high - quality presentations for top management, detailing the status of individual tasks and the overall project roadmap.
• Collaborate with various departments / sections such as legal, partnership, marketing, product development, operation, and finance & accounting of all related parties to ensure alignment and successful project execution.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as business, marketing, management, economics, or equivalent
• At least 5 - 7 years of experience in business project management of top firms or leading corporations or related field
• Possessing strong soft skills, critical thinking abilities, and expertise in multitasking management
• Good both English & Thai in speaking, reading, and writing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
