The Admin General Affairs Officer is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness, managing various household and office tasks, and supporting general facilities within the factory. They are also in charge of ensuring a conducive working environment, enforcing employee discipline, and handling other assigned duties from management.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Political Science, Human Resource Management, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience in managing facilities, households, public utilities, and general affairs
• Good interpersonal skills and leadership qualities
• Ability to work under pressure
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and modern technology
• Good communication skills
