As an Operations Specialist (Oilfield & Industrial Chemicals), you will be responsible for selling and servicing existing customers to grow the revenue stream in assigned areas, while implementing, monitoring, and evaluating chemical delivery systems.

Kewajiban

• Managing and overseeing all aspects of production chemistry supply and service contracts to ensure successful delivery to our customers
• Providing on-site technical guidance and support for production operations, process engineering, commercial and operational queries
• Monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing of chemical treatment programs to provide support to the production operations group
• Preparing of technical reviews and proposals of new chemical solutions to share with our customers
• Prospecting for new accounts to build the customer base in the area of responsibility
• Organizing routine production chemical reviews and selection activities to verify changing customer needs
• Being responsible for billing & collection, invoicing, including preparing and conducting on filing, data entry, and administrative support
• Assisting with receipt and processing of orders, also facilitating resolution of inquiries and customer concerns related to the order and delivery process
• Dealing with only limited product line(s) and/or handling special project(s) as assigned

Kualifikasi

• Have a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering, Chemistry Science or related fields
• Demonstrate good experience (at least 1-2 years of experience) in Upstream Production Chemicals Application or Chemical Industrial Services
• Have some knowledge of process optimization and production chemistry
• Be a self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to solving problems and providing resolutions
• Demonstrate computer skills and be familiar with MS Office
• Have the ability to work outside during difficult seasonal weather conditions
