Kewajiban
• Under general supervision, set up, monitor and operates various piece of equipment associated with the manufacturing facility requirements - rewind, tapeline, packager, tape/braider, magline, plastic extruder, PCP injection.
• May included operation of multiple machines at one time.
• Could also include repair, patching or splicing cable.
• May perform quality assurance activities as required by manufacturing/engineering specifications and ISO requirements.
• Responsible for standardized duties and tasks in the setup and operation of casting and molding equipment used to produce or modify parts or products.
• Molds parts or melting or Pouring or sake out and grinding using casting equipment and ensures uniformity.
• Operates and adjusts controls of heating equipment to melt material or pouring, or shakeout or modeling and other casting process. According.
• Measure ingredients and mixes molding or other casting material, to prescribed consistency according to formula.
• Removes excess material and levels and smoothest casting mixture.
• Reads work order or examines part to determine part or section of product to be produced.
• Selects size and type of mold according to instructions.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
Kualifikasi
• Have Diploma with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to read and interpret routine instructions.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Good mechanical aptitude, use of general hand tools and precision measuring equipment.
• Ability to operate material moving equipment/overhead crane and/or obtained certification.
